Standard Return Policy
We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. With our simple return process, you can order replacement parts worry-free.
  1. Before returning any items, the customer must complete and submit the Return Authorization Form.
  2. Initial contact to file a claim for any product/quantity errors must be within 10 calendar days of the invoice date.
  3. Initial contact to request a return or exchange must be within 30 calendar days of the invoice date.
  4. If you receive a defective product, you must submit a warranty claim before return.
  5. Claims for damaged parcels and items damaged or lost in transit must be issued to the carrier.
  6. Returns will be handled case-by-case if more than 30 days have passed since the invoice date. A restocking charge of 20% of the purchase price will be charged if approved for return.
  7. Original packing slip and return authorization number must accompany all returns.
  8. Ship the product as soon as possible to arrive at our facility within 30 days of the invoice date. 
  9. We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new, unaltered, unused condition, with all original packaging, including inserts and accessories. Once received, our team will inspect and process your return. We will notify you once your return has been successfully processed. 
Customer Error Returns
  1. In cases of returns due to customer error, shipping costs will not be credited. Return shipping fees will also apply.
  2. All International sales are final. We do not accept customer error returns from International customers.
  3. Products custom manufactured or ordered to customer specification will not be accepted for return.
  4. The exchanged product will not be shipped until we receive the original product.
  5. We must receive the original product before a credit is applied to the customer's account.
  6. No cash refunds will be given. 
Returns Due to Our Error
If there are mistakes with your order, we'll make it right by:
  1. Sending replacement parts
  2. Issuing credit to your account for product and shipping charges
  3. And we also cover any return shipping
  4. We must receive incorrect products before account credit is issued
Defective Product
If you receive a defective product, you must submit a warranty claim before returning the product. Before submitting a claim, please visit our Warranty Policy article for important information and details

*AgriPower only offers account credit and the exchange of products. Cash refunds are only given for overpayment on the customer's account.
