Damaged Parcel

Although our delivery partners and AgriPower take great care in delivering parcels in perfect conditions, sometimes accidents happen. Upon receiving the parcel, you should inspect the content as soon as possible. If any damage is found to the items ordered, you should:
  1. Kindly include and attach pictures of the damaged items and your order details. 
During a damage claim, photo documentation and a physical inspection at a UPS-approved location may also be needed.

During the photo documentation process, seven different photos will be requested:
• A photo showing the damaged item and how it was packaged inside the box
• A photo of the damaged item
• A photo of the packaging material used
• A close-up photo of the shipping label with the tracking number (generally starts with 1Z)
• A close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (round stamp on the outside of the box)
• Two photos showing all six sides of the package (one showing the top and two sides, another showing the bottom and opposite sides)
