Warranty
Statement
Operation
and Care We
encourage you to review the Operation Manual and follow the recommended
procedures for the best satisfaction and equipment longevity. If you have any
questions on operation and maintenance, we encourage you to contact Technical Assistance.
Maintenance
Records We
advise you to retain certifications and records of regular maintenance. These
documents are critical and can help determine the cause of a malfunction,
should one occur.
Warranty
Period Warranty is effective from the date of shipment and expires at the end of the
warranty period specified below, which differs for different products.
- Standard
equipment and components are free from defects in materials and workmanship for
a period of (90) days.
- Replacement
components and spare parts are to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days.
What is Covered
- Applies only to equipment manufactured by AgriPower
- Warranty is subject to the Term, Limitation, and Condition provisions and is the
sole warranty provided by AgriPower.
- Applies only to repairs or replacement to correct any defects proven to
be defective in materials or workmanship and existing at the time of purchase.
- The exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement of any part found to
be defective under conditions of normal use within the warranty period without
charge for material or labor.
- Transportation
to manufacturers or other designated facilities for repairs of equipment or
components is the buyer's responsibility.
- Solely applies to default equipment or components and does not include
installation, on-site service, or travel costs.
Exclusions
- All equipment
requires periodic maintenance, as outlined in the Operation Manual, and it is
the responsibility of the customer to perform regular maintenance. Failure to
properly maintain the equipment and perform regular maintenance may void the
Warranty.
- Warranty
does not cover any defects or damages due to abrasion, erosion, corrosion,
deterioration, abnormal temperatures, or the influence of foreign matter or
energy.
- Warranty does not cover defects, damage, or failure due to abuse, misuse, neglect,
lack of proper maintenance or installation, or modification.
- Warranty is void if considered to be in excess of normal wear and tear, abused,
or used in abnormal conditions.
- Use
of non-authorized labor to perform the warranty repairs will not be reimbursed,
except under special circumstances, which will be handled on a case-by-case
basis and solely at AgriPower's discretion.
- The
standard equipment warranty does not include the replacement of any expendable
items, such as but not limited to glass, filters, cutting system parts, fuses,
and lightbulbs.
Limitations- Warranty does not cover economic loss or extra expense due to unit
damage/failure. Under no circumstances is AgriPower liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages due to defects or failure.
- Replacement
or repair of equipment under this warranty shall not extend the warranty to the
equipment or component beyond the original warranty period.
Third-Party Warranties
Equipment or components from a third party for resale carry
only the warranty guidelines of the original equipment manufacturer. AgriPower will
provide no additional warranty for equipment or components. AgriPower has no
liability for resale products beyond making a reasonable commercial effort to
arrange for the procurement and shipping of such products. Any remedy for
defects or performance will be offered solely by the manufacturer of such products,
and no additional remedy is available through AgriPower.
