Resetting a Forgotten Password
If you cannot log in and need to regain
access:
Go to the Customer Portal's Login Page.
Click the Forgot Password? link
located below the sign-in button.
Enter your registered email address.
Check your inbox for a Password Reset
email. Check your Spam folder if you don't see it
within a few minutes.
Click the link provided in the email and
follow the prompts to create a new, secure password.
Password Requirements
To ensure your account remains secure, your
new password must meet the following criteria:
At
least 8 characters long.
Includes
at least one uppercase letter.
Includes
at least one number or special character (e.g., @, #, $).
Cannot
be one of your last 3 used passwords.
