View Support Requests
View Support Requests
To view your support list, sign into
your Customer Portal and click “Support Reu” from the left navigation menu. You can
search for support requests, view details, and create new requests.
To view request details, click the
ticket number or the blue details button under the action column. You
can view the ticket number, type of request, status, and creation time. You can
also view all attachments and message threads for the request.
