1. Finding Your Quotes
Select Quotes from the navigation sidebar.
Use the filter dropdown (usually at the top of the
list) to toggle between All, Expired, Accepted, or Declined quotes.
2. Reviewing the Quote
Click on any Quote in the list to
open the full document. Here, you should verify:
Expiry Date: Ensure the quote is still valid.
Prices may change once a quote expires.
Line Items: Review the descriptions,
quantities, and discounts applied.
Terms & Conditions: Read any specific
notes or legal terms attached.
3. Taking Action: Accept or
Decline
To Accept a Quote:
Click the Accept button at the top
of the quote view.
If we have enabled Electronic Signatures for this
quote, you will be prompted to sign your name digitally.
Once accepted, the status will update automatically,
and our team will be notified to begin the next steps.
To Decline a Quote:
If the quote doesn't meet your needs,
click Decline.
You will be asked to provide a reason for declining.
This feedback helps us adjust our proposal to better suit your
requirements.
4. Collaborating via Comments
If you aren't ready to accept yet
and have questions:
Scroll to the bottom of the quote or click the
Comments tab.
Type your question (e.g., "Can we increase the
quantity to 20?").
You will receive an email notification as soon as our
team replies within the portal.
5. Frequently Asked Questions
Can I download a copy for my
team?
Yes! Use the PDF icon at the top
of the screen to download the quote for internal approvals.
What happens after I click
Accept?
In most cases, the system will
notify our sales team immediately. Depending on our workflow, you may receive
an automated Sales Order or Invoice shortly after.
Can I change my mind after
declining?
When a quote is declined, it is
marked as inactive. If you accidentally declined a quote, please leave a
comment on the quote, contact Customer Support at
support@agripowermanufacturing.com,
or submit a
Support Request. We can reset the status to
"Sent" for you.
