Sales Tax Exemption

By law, AgriPower Manufacturing is required to collect and remit sales tax in certain states. If you meet one or more of the following criteria, you may qualify for an exemption:
  1. Resale
  2. Industrial/Manufacturing
  3. Government entity
  4. Non-profit entity
  5. School or university
  6. Direct pay
If you are eligible for a sales tax exemption, please email your exemption certificates to accounting@agripowermanufacturing.com. If you qualify for multiple types of exemptions, you may submit several certificates.
