Sales Tax Exemption

By law, AgriPower Manufacturing is required to collect and remit sales tax in certain states. If you meet one or more of the following criteria, you may qualify for an exemption:
  1. Resale
  2. Government entity
  3. Non-profit entity
  4. School or university
  5. Direct pay
If you qualify for a sales tax exemption, follow these instructions to submit your exemption certificate for review. If you qualify for more than one type of exemption, you can submit multiple certificates. Upload the sales tax exemption form through your Customer Portal or by email to 
accounting@agripowermanufacturing.com.

To upload your US tax exemption certificate:
  1. Select “Company Details” from the left navigation menu.
  2. Sign in to the Customer Portal.
  3. Scroll to the Account Management section.
  4. Select the Upload Sales Tax Exemption box.
  5. Enter your company name, state, EIN and choose file to upload your certificate.
Check your tax exemption status
Sales tax exemption certificates require a review process that may take up to three business days to process and be approved.

To check the status:
  1. Sign in to the Customer Portal.
  2. Select “Company Details” from the left navigation menu.
  3. Scroll to the Account Information section.
  4. You can view your exemption status and your certificate expiration date.
