After your order leaves our facility, we won’t have any additional information beyond what you see when you track your package(s). If you have delivery-related questions during shipment or want more specific tracking information, for the fastest resolution, we recommend you contact the contact the carrier directly. You are of course also welcome to contact us in relation to any questions regarding your delivery.
Don’t worry if your tracking information doesn’t immediately populate—the carrier sometimes takes up to 48 hours to activate the tracking information. Please check back, the tracking information should update soon.
We do our absolute best to deliver your order on time. After an order ships, your package could be delayed by delivery issues like severe weather, an incomplete delivery address, or regional service delays.
If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
