Reset Your Password
  1. Go to our Support Portal home page and click the Sign In button in the top-right corner.
  2. On the login screen, look for the Forgot Password? Link.
  3. Enter Your Registered Email
  4. Check Your Email: Look for an email from us titled "Password Reset Request". Note: If the email doesn't appear within a few minutes, check your Spam, Junk, or Promotional folders.
  5. Click the Reset Link: Open the email and click the unique link provided. For security reasons, this link will expire after 2 hours.
  6. Create a New Password: You will be redirected to a secure page to enter a new password. To keep your account safe, ensure your password:
    1. Is at least 8 characters long.
    2. Contains at least one uppercase letter.
    3. Contains at least one number or special character.
  7. Confirm and Log In: Re-enter your new password to confirm, then click Change Password. You can now log back into the portal immediately.

Common Issues & Troubleshooting
I didn't receive the reset email.
  1. Ensure you are entering the exact email address you used when you originally signed up.
  2. Add our support email address to your "Safe Senders" list.

The reset link is invalid or expired.
  1. If you requested a reset multiple times, only the most recent email link will work. Delete all previous reset emails, then start the process again to get a fresh link.
  2. I no longer have access to my registered email.
  3. If you cannot access the inbox associated with your account, please contact Customer Support at support@agripowermanufacturing.com or submit a Support Request.
