Go to
our Support Portal home page and click the Sign In button in the
top-right corner.
On the
login screen, look for the Forgot Password? Link.
Enter
Your Registered Email
Check
Your Email: Look for an email from us titled "Password Reset Request". Note: If the email doesn't appear within a few
minutes, check your Spam, Junk, or Promotional folders.
Click
the Reset Link: Open the email and click the unique link provided. For
security reasons, this link will expire after 2 hours.
Create
a New Password: You will be redirected to a secure page to enter a new
password. To keep your account safe, ensure your password:
Is at
least 8 characters long.
Contains
at least one uppercase letter.
Contains
at least one number or special character.
Confirm
and Log In: Re-enter your new password to confirm, then click Change
Password. You can now log back into the portal immediately.
