Receive Invoices Electronically

For your convenience, we offer paperless invoicing and online payments. The next time a payment is due, we will email you. The invoice will be attached to the email in PDF. Customers have the option to pay by check or to pay online. If paying online just click the “View & Pay” Invoice button at the bottom of the email. All transactions occur over a secure internet connection. Paying online is easy, fast, accurate, and secure.

To opt in to receive your invoices electronically and make payments online, complete the Opt-In Form online. 

You can also opt-in through your Customer Portal. 
  1. Sign in to the Customer Portal.
  2. Select “Company Details” from the left navigation menu.
  3. Scroll to the Account Information section.
  4. Select email from the dropdown menu on the Invoice delivery section. 
  5. Add the email address to which you would like invoices to be sent in the “Email Invoices To” box. You can change the email address at any time. 
Can I elect to get my invoice electronically as well as mailed to me? No. Your invoice will be send in PDF form, so you can print a copy or save it on your computer. Receiving invoices electronically helps the environment by reducing paper usage.
