Changing Your Password

Option 1: Changing Your Password While Logged In

If you currently have access to your portal and simply want to update your credentials for security reasons:

  1. Click on your Profile Picture or the user icon in the top-left corner.
  2. Select Change Password from the drop-down menu
  3. Enter your Current Password, then type and confirm your New Password.
  4. Click Confirm.


Option 2: Resetting a Forgotten Password

If you cannot log in and need to regain access:

  1. Go to the Login Page of the Customer Portal
  2. Click the Forgot Password? link located below the sign-in button.
  3. Enter your registered email address.
  4. Check your inbox for a Password Reset email. Check your Spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
  5. Click the link provided in the email and follow the prompts to create a new, secure password.


Password Requirements
To ensure your account remains secure, your new password must meet the following criteria:

  • At least 8 characters long.
  • Includes at least one uppercase letter.
  • Includes at least one number or special character (e.g., @, #, $).
  • Cannot be one of your last 3 used passwords.
