In most cases, we accept changes or cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.
If using our eCommerce Site, orders cannot be modified after checkout. However, they can be cancelled from the Customer Portal or you can contact Customer Support and we will be happy to assist you.
If your order has already been processed for shipment, we unfortunately, won't be able to make changes or cancel your order. We will, however, be happy to assist you in placing a new order and walking you through our return process.
Custom manufactured equipment may not be changed or cancelled without AgriPower's consent. Change orders to custom manufactured equipment will be subject to additional charges and expenses reasonably incurred with respect to such changes.
