Cancel or Change eCommerce Order
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your cart. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you would like to cancel your order, we accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Orders can be canceled from the eCommerce Portal. Select “My Orders” from the dropdown menu at the top of the page. Click the “Request Cancellation” button and follow the instructions on the screen.
If your order has already been processed for shipment, we unfortunately, won't be able to make changes or cancel your order. We will, however, be happy to assist you in placing a new order and walking you through our return process. For more information on returns, please visit our Return Policy.
